Plants to rid those pesky mosquitos and a great foot soak with Lex and Mais

5 Plants to get rid of mosquitos

Summer is always a time for the worst kind of pests, mosquitoes.  So we decided to find out some good plants that you can plant in your yard to rsend those little blood suckers off to the neighbors hous.  We've got five options of plants so take your pick.

Citronella is the number one best one.  It is pretty too it grows as a clumping grass.

Horsemint is the next one.  It gives off a nice scent that the mosquitoes don't care for.  It grows great in shady areas as well as desert like areas.

Marigolds are great mosquito repellers.  You can plant them in pots and put them by your doors so they won't be getting inside your house.  The worst thing is a mosquito going to town on you all night.

Floss flowers are super pretty they have a purple flower and are very potent in smell making the mosquitos get the hell outta dodge

Last but not least catnip is a great mosquito repellent.  That one serves two purposes helps your stoner cat get its fix and makes the mosquitos fuck off.

Foot Soak

Summer time is the time when you are having to shave your legs as well as do something with your feet cause you'll be walking around in sandals.  We found a great foot soak that will make even the nastiest feet feel like a babies butt

Here's the recipe: This is the mixture per foot.

1/4 cup of blue listerine,

1/4 cup of vinegar and
1/3 cup of warm water!

Soak for 10-15 min. Make sure you are by your tub!!! Get your scrubby out for foot and wa'la' your dead skin falls off your feet.

Mais gives that a thumbs up!!

If you have time scroll down and push play to listen to our show.  Its a goodie!!  Thanks Deborah Sanderson for helping us out with that foot soak, we needed it!!
