Pumpkin Pie Smoothie



Secret Weapon #1 tofu.  For those of you who don't have anything against soy, tofu is an awesome thickener.  It's great because you can put tofu with just about anything and it will take on the flavor of what you are putting it with.  It also gives the smoothie a creamy yummy texture, but dont add too much or you'll make your smoothie all funky.  Secret Weapon #2 Pumpkin puree we usually only use pumpkin for pies but it's really super healthy for you so throw it in your pumpkin smoothie.  We got that recipe from this blog called foodpluswords.com



Chocolate chip cookie dough

This is by our favorite late night sweet treats, chocolate chip cookie dough dip.  Secret weapon Chick Peas.  Genius Blogger Chocolate covered Katie came up with this wonderful idea.  Chick peas are perfect to blend and then pair with sweets because of its neutral flavor. Chocolate banana ice cream

Secret weapon #1 Frozen banana bananas are so good for you for so many different reasons.  Secret weapon #2 Cocoa is great for promoting serotonin the happy chemical in the brain.  Take the banana blend it with the cocoa and viola a yummy and healthy ice cream! Gotchocolate.com came up with this genius idea

Quinoa  pudding

We use quinoa in our house for a lot of different things because it is packed in protein and as being mostly vegetarians we need that good for you protein but who would've thought it could be a sweet treat too?  If you like rice pudding check out this recipe by honestfare.com  instead of using rice they use quinoa and top the pudding with different fruits
